Transitional Housing
The development features 400 transitional housing units meticulously designed to cater to the unique needs of veterans transitioning to civilian life.

Affordable Apartments
In addition to the transitional housing, the campus will offer 400 Supportive/Transitional units with two private bedrooms in Phase 1, 600 affordable units in Phase 2, and 200 townhomes in Phase 3.
Upon successful transition, these affordable apartments provide various floor plans including studios, one-bedroom/one-bath, two-bedroom/two-bath, and three-bedroom/two-bath units.
All apartments are designed to be affordable, safe, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing, with common areas that foster a supportive environment.
